Bodog has recently made a name change, but this change will not affect Canadian poker players in any way. There has been a little confusion regarding this issue so we will explain it below.

The US Government has seized the domain names for PokerStars, Full Tilt, UB, and Absolute poker for “conducting, financing, managing, supervising, directing, or owning all or part of an illegal gambling operation…”. Many of the poker sites owners have been arrested including the CEO of Full Tilt Poker, Raymond Bitar.
