Martin Jacobson is the WSOP 2014 Winner

Martin Jacobson is a 27-year-old professional poker player from Sweden that got his start playing online, now he is now the improbable WSOP 2014 winner and takes home a cool 10 Million in prize money.

After entering the “November 9” at 8th place in chips with only 15,000,000 in chips, while the leader (Jorryt Van Hoof) had 38,000,000, the oddsmakers at the Pinnacle online betting site had Jacobson pegged as a 7/1 longshot to win the 2014 WSOP.

The 2014 WSOP marked the first time in history that an American failed to make the top 3 spots. There were no Canadians to reach the November 9 this year.
